This retreat is all about rest and inner stillness, so the gentle yoga flow will help transition you into this state. No intense poses or pushing your body, just soft and easeful movements that will leave you feeling relaxed, open and calm - led by our intuitive yoga instructor, Zoe. (No prior yoga experience required.)
After grounding in your body, get ready to reconnect with your breath with a guided breath work ceremony. This experience will take you on a journey of presence and transformation. Remember, your breath is your power.
Forest therapy (sylvotherapy) is a guided forest bathing session. Trees are directly connected to the flow of life, and are the source of all teachings. Trees carry an ancient wisdom, reminding us of the value in stillness, growth, resilience, and so much more. Being in the mountains, surrounded by trees and the abundance of nature, is a wonderful opportunity to connect with yourself through the natural world.
After slowing down and reconnecting with nature, it's time to frolic! Our founder and host of this retreat, Angie, will photograph you in the whimsy and magic that surrounds us. Tap into your inner goddess, and let your divine feminine power shine through.
