Transfer to our villa near Reine. It's about a 2 hour drive, so please make sure arrive before 5pm or book a hotel the night prior so you will be ready to transfer to our villa!
Morning: Reinebringen hike (2–3 hrs round trip) — short but steep, with epic views of Reine and fjords
Afternoon: Relax at the villa — cold plunge in the sea, then warm up in a Nordic sauna (book a private sauna by the water)
Evening reflection: Group sharing or solo journaling on resilience and awe.
Slow breakfast, then drive to:
Å Village (southernmost point, fishing heritage, bakery with warm cinnamon buns)
Nusfjord (UNESCO-listed fishing village)
Optional kayaking tour
Dinner in Reine
Sunset meditation under the midnight sun
Morning: Hike Ryten to Kvalvika Beach (5–6 hrs, moderate) — reward yourself with a swim in the turquoise bay
Picnic lunch on the beach
Evening: Dinner, fire pit and sauna back at villa
Slow morning: Sleep in, breakfast at the villa
Guided breathwork + meditation focused on releasing emotional tension
Free afternoon: journal, nap, read, or paint by the water
Evening: Gentle movement / stretching, Dinner at the villa.
Morning: Group (or solo) session — guided journaling on creativity and purpose
Afternoon: Visit a local art gallery (Galleri Lofoten in Henningsvær or Glasshytta glass studio)
Optional: intuitive photography walk
Dinner at villa: Cook together with local ingredients
